Plastic-Free Shipping:

At Jungle Culture we are always looking for ways to reduce waste. That's why our orders are dispatched with only recyclable and biodegradable packaging.

Our envelopes are stuffed with paper and our packages are padded using old newspaper. 

The only plastic we use is tape to seal larger orders. But we are working on a solution to that as well!

EU Shipping:

Shipping charges within the EU may differ depending on which country or region you are shipping to, however, ALL orders over €40.00 are shipped free of charge (with the exception of shipments to EU islands).

Shipments to the EU are sent from our warehouse in Germany. If you are mistakenly charged customs fees, please contact our support team at customercare@jungleculture.eco and we will refund you.

Delivery Charges:

UK = £2.99 Under £35 / Free shipping over £35
EU = €5.99 Under €40 / Free shipping over €40 (Orders shipped from Germany)
US = $8.99 Under $75 / Free shipping over $75 
Everywhere else = Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery Speed:

We aim to dispatch every order within 1 day of payment being received. 

UK = 2-3 Business days.
EU = 4-8 Business days.
US = 4-8 Business days.
Everywhere else = 16-20 Business days.

Return Policy:

Our returns policy is simple and hassle-free.

If your order arrives damaged, broken or faulty, send us a photo of the damage at customercare@jungleculture.eco and we'll replace or refund your order according to your preference.

If you placed an order by mistake or simply changed your mind and no longer want the item that you ordered, you can post the order back to us at:

Please include a note with your name and order number and we'll refund you within 1-2 days of receiving your package.

Jungle Culture does not take responsibility for orders placed to incorrect addresses. If you enter incorrect address details, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to re-route your package.

Please make sure to return your order within 30-days of delivery.

Warranty Information:

All of our products can be returned undamaged within 30 days for any reason, but some products come with 5-year or lifetime warranties.

Our warranties cover any manufacturer's fault in the product. If your product breaks through no fault of your own within the stated warranty period, we will replace it free of charge.

What we do not cover: Accidental damage, for example from dropping a product onto a hard surface.

Wear and tear. Over time your products may pick up scratches and blemishes. This is not covered by our warranty.
