No. All of our products are reusable and sustainably produced, but some products cannot be made using sustainable materials alone, so we make them using long-lasting materials.

Our definition means that our products do not include any single-use, non-recyclable materials. All of our products come either package-free or packaged in recyclable kraft paper or cardboard.

We love everything that's sold in our store and we stand by all of our products. However, if you want to return your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 30-days of purchasing and we will provide a carbon-neutral returns label free of charge. Orders sent to UK addresses will be sent from our UK warehouse.

Orders sent to EU addresses will be sent from our German warehouse.

In the event that we are out of stock of a product that you have ordered in a respective warehouse, we will email you to give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Yes! We ship to almost every country in the world. To find out how much it will cost to deliver to your country simply shop as normal and click checkout. When you type in your address our site will calculate your shipping costs.

If you need to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and if it hasn't already been dispatched then we will issue a refund immediately. You can contact us here.

We use recycled cardboard boxes and paper stuffed envelopes to send your orders. We use a laser printer so no ink is wasted on our labels and we use recycled newspaper or paper laying around our office to protect your items. 

Our packing tape is made from paper. We are always looking for ways to improve ourselves and make our shipping process better. If you think you have an idea for how to make our shipping less wasteful please let us know.
